The championship cup of the BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 is crafted by the elite hands of Chu Dau pottery artisans, Vietnam's traditional ceramics and pottery has a history of nearly 600 years.
From the moment BRG Group came up with the concept design, to the completion of the cup production, the process took more than 2 months. Chu Dau pottery artisans made the cup mold 5 times to ensure the most perfect ratio. After baking, the artisans use gold material to draw logo, award name and patterns on the cup.
The perfect combination from the history of World golf and Vietnamese culture has created a very special cup for the BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022.
With the message “Infinite Connections”, the BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 promises to be an attractive destination this August. With the symbol of bridges - one of the outstanding features of Danang, this year's tournament is an opportunity to connect Vietnamese golf and World golf, the intersection of sports values, culture as well as people. BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 is the first Asian Development Tour (ADT) tournament of the Asian Tour held in Vietnam. This tournament is considered a boost to the development of golf tourism in Vietnam and is the truest answer to the reason why Vietnam is continuously voted as “Asia's most attractive golf destination” and “The most attractive golf destination in the world”.
Sponsored by BRG Group and the Vietnam Golf Association, the tournament is expected to bring together 144 international and Vietnamese professional golfers, including 01 ProAm tournament and 03 official rounds; There will be a cut after 02 days of competition (36 holes), the top 50 golfers in the rankings will compete in the final round to receive a prize money with a total worth of 75,000 USD.
