As a tournament under the Asian Development Tour, that's why BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 has a relatively attractive bonus fund.
Being a part of the Asian Development Tour tournament system, BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 marks the 4th time that Vietnam has hosted a continental golf tournament. The tournament will take place from August 29th to September 2nd at BRG Da Nang Golf Resort and it is also one of the events in the Golf Tourism Festival organized by Da Nang City.
BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 will kick off from August 30th to September 2nd.
In the first time held, it is expected that 144 golfers will participate in BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022. Golfers will compete in 54 holes at BRG Da Nang Golf Resort and there will be a cut after the end of the second day of the tournament. The champion of BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 will receive 13,125 USD (approximately more than 300 million VND) equivalent to 17.5% of the Tournament total prize fund of 75,000 USD. Meanwhile, the runner-up of the tournament will receive 8,625 USD (approximately 200 million VND). In general, the reward distribution method of the BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022 is quite similar to the tournaments on the VGA Tour.

At the upcoming BRG Open Golf Championship Danang 2022, Vietnam will have 22 slots for host golfers, including 15 slots selected by the Golf Association and 7 slots invited by sponsors. In which, 15 golfers selected by the Vietnam Golf Association will have to meet the following requirements:
-05 Vietnamese professional golfers should be in the top 5 on VGA Tour 2022 Order of Merit.
-10 amateur golfers should be members of the National golf team; top 5 Vietnamese golfers on the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR); top 3 Vietnam Open Amateur Golf Championship 2022; champions of the Male Group U15, U18, U21 of the National Youth Championship 2022.
